1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 60SecInvoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

60SecInvoice provides tools for contractors to create, send, and manage quotes and invoices. We facilitate communication between contractors and their clients but are not a party to any agreements made through the platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 60SecInvoice for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to transmit harmful code, or to impersonate another person or business. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

60SecInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request earlier removal.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
